Wendy Peterson

Wendy Rice Peterson is an award-winning realtor specializing in residential and vacant land properties on Maui. She was born and raised in the islands and has resided on Maui for over 30 years. Kate Peterson

Born and raised on the island of Maui, Kate, is a 2nd generation realtor and part of a 7th generation Maui family. When working with Kate you will find her to be beyond dedicated, friendly and resourceful with all of your real estate needs. She works alongside her mother, Wendy Rice Peterson, who is also an Island Sotheby’s International Realty agent with 20+ years of experience in the industry. Kate was raised on a cattle ranch which sparked her love for the island from a young age. Growing up in a ranching family established her appreciation for the land, the culture, and the history of Hawaii. Kate has a passion for connecting people to the community of Maui and sharing her local knowledge of the island with them. Kate graduated high school from Seabury Hall in Makawao, Maui and attended the University of San Diego where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Communication and a minor in Marketing. Throughout her time in San Diego, Kate worked among top digital marketing firms, and as a Marketing Director for industry leading realtors in La Jolla. Kate’s off island experience has strengthened her knowledge base on current and future digital tools, giving her an in-depth insight, a fresh perspective and a unique set of skills that are important assets to have in the current real estate market.
